Techno Color Meditation

A space age meditation, sitting and waiting for clarity. Could we be here one day? Wearing tech, as if it is integrated easily into our daily fabric?

The one thing I have learned in mediating is that you don't need silence, or the perfect settings. You need to be able to control yourself and find zen even in the middle of a construction zone. Got distracted? All good, just re-initialize. Even if it is one second of peace today, keeping it up and tomorrow it will be 10 seconds. That is what I keep telling myself at least 😉
